Ms Kate Jarrett

Senior Research Manager

Kate is a senior Research Manager of the Centre of Research Excellence in Stillbirth and Genesis Maternal Fetal Medicine Research Group. Kate assists with operations within the Centre of Research Excellence in Stillbirth. She aims to work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure our research and outputs are feasible, ethically sound and embedded within care for women and their babies. Kate’s responsibilities span research governance, ethics and compliance, risk and quality management, as well as stakeholder engagement, helping to facilitate high-quality, impactful research that advances knowledge in stillbirth prevention and perinatal care. She is committed to strengthening the translation of research into clinical practice to improve outcomes for women and babies. Through collaboration, Kate hopes to contribute to more equitable, culturally safe models of care to support research that leads to meaningful reductions in stillbirth.
