Jasmine Downs-Cowan

Jasmine Downs-Cowan completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with Griffith University in 2020 and then completed a subsequent Master of Public Health at QUT in 2023. She has a strong interest in reducing healthcare disparities in disadvantaged communities and demographics, having completed her master’s thesis on the Elimination of Trachoma in Indigenous Australia. Jasmine supports the CRE’s work to implement best practice strategies for stillbirth prevention, contributes to the CRE’s education initiatives, and helps to drive improvements in perinatal care and outcomes
