How will this form be used?

Thank you for requesting bereaved parent involvement in your research. The details provided in this form will be reviewed and you will receive approval or a request for more information in the next week. The details submitted will then be used to invite parents from the Research Involvement Registry to express their interest or advertise through the Stillbirth CRE website/social media as indicated.

• If you are seeking research participants, they will be provided with the project link directly or your contact details.
• If you are seeking bereaved parent involvement in another capacity, parents who express interest will be connected with you via email or an introductory meeting with the parent engagement officer. Once connected, both parties will be asked to sign a shared agreement on the expectations detailed above before the project commences.
